Actual process compatibility is reviewed from the resin and performance requirements, film dimensions, winding direction, core, roll mass, printing repeat and the buyer's equipment conditions.
| Material review | PE resin or blend selected against the intended process, contents and written performance requirements |
| Dimensions & thickness | Film width or lay-flat width and thickness basis; capability and tolerances confirmed in writing |
| Roll construction | Film format, winding direction, core, roll length or mass and splice requirements stated in the RFQ |
| Printing review | Artwork, color count, repeat length, print side and acceptance criteria reviewed from the final files |
| Order quantity | Minimum and trial quantities reviewed after the full film, roll, printing and packing specification is known |
| Written quotation | Price, trade term, schedule and validity are issued only after specification review |
